Our 2026-7 Not-for-Profit Workplace Wellbeing and Benefits Survey – Now Open!

Our annual Wellbeing and Benefits Survey for the not-for-profit sector is now open.

Last year we made the survey free to celebrate 15 years of Reward Connected. We were delighted by the huge response and feedback from participants on how useful they found the results.

So we have decided to keep it free again for this year!

We understand the financial pressures many charities are facing, and we would like to support the sector while continuing to build a valuable source of benchmarking data.

Take Part

The survey takes around 30 – 45 minutes to complete and covers a wide range of workplace benefits and wellbeing initiatives across the sector. Click on the link below to start the survey. You can save your progress and return to the survey at any time if you are unable to complete in one sitting.

The survey closes on Friday 6 November 2026, with the results due to be published in January 2027.
