Reward Connected (RC) is a small company and is committed to fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of its work. RC believes in creating an environment that is free from bullying, harassment, victimisation, and unlawful discrimination. We work to promote dignity and respect, recognising and valuing the unique contributions of each individual—whether they are customers, collaborators, or consultants. Embracing diverse perspectives strengthens our work and enables us to achieve meaningful results together. Reward Connected has an EDI policy which further outlines its commitment to fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of its work.

Ethical Business Conduct

Reward Connected conducts business honestly, transparently, and with integrity. Conflicts of interest must be avoided and disclosed if they arise. Bribery, corruption, and unethical practices are strictly prohibited.

Environmental and Sustainable Responsibility

Reward Connected is committed to minimising its environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices.
• Work is carried out in a way that reduces energy consumption, waste, and emissions.
• Where possible, the company uses digital tools to reduce travel and paper use.
• Equipment, materials, and services will be selected with consideration of environmental performance, lifecycle, and ethical sourcing.

Modern Slavery & Human Rights

Reward Connected has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or child labour. The company will not knowingly work with any organisation or individual involved in such practices. Any concerns or suspicions regarding unethical labour practices must be reported to the company owner immediately.

Cyber Security

Reward Connected (RC) is a small organisation, but critically aware of how important cyber security is in its day-to-day operations. Reward Connected has taken advice from the National Cyber Security Centre and completed the Cyber Action Toolkit for small businesses. Reward Connected also requests all consultants that undertake work for Reward Connected to complete the Cyber Action Toolkit.
