To celebrate this milestone, we are offering free participation in our annual Benefits & Wellbeing Survey – for this year only.

This survey is a vital tool for charities and not-for-profit organisations. It provides detailed insights into the current landscape of workplace benefits and highlights key emerging trends each year. In a sector where salaries are often lower, having the right benefits package is essential to attract and retain the best talent—and this survey helps to ensure that you stay informed and competitive.

This survey explores not only traditional workplace benefits such as annual leave, pensions etc., but also a wide range of wellbeing initiatives aimed at supporting employees’ mental, physical, and emotional health. – Launch: October 2025 – The survey can be completed online at your convenience, with the option to save your progress and return later; it should take no longer than 30–45 minutes to complete.
– Completion Deadline: November 2025
– Final Report Delivered: January 2026 – giving you fresh insights to start the year.
