The Reward Connected Research Pay Club generally meets twice a year.

Our focus on the Research sector allows us to concentrate on pay research for roles specific to this sector such as laboratory and animal technicians and bioinformatician roles to name just a few. Recent hot topics have included the Benefits, Overtime arrangements, Contractors, Wellbeing and Gender Pay Gap.
